We have the expertise and know what works and what doesn't. As a foreign citizen, you are allowed to get married in Norway. We arrange legal civil weddings, church weddings and human weddings. We can of course also arrange same sex weddings. We know the laws and regulations and assist you when the paperwork needs to be collected. We work full-time on your wedding, and we come up with solutions and suggestions you might not have thought of on your own. We are the project manager of your big day, and we go the extra mile for our clients. We are the partner you can lean on and discuss solutions with until the wedding.

Get married in Norway
We charge a fee for organizing and coordinating your wedding day. The price depends on what part of the country you want to get married, so send us a few words and we will send you our offer. As soon as you sign an agreement with us, you are our employer until your ceremony is finished. We have chosen to set a fixed price, rather than charging by the hour.
The day before, or on the day of your wedding, we will meet you and go through all the details. On the wedding day we coordinate everything for you.
We collect and negotiate prices from different suppliers you require for your wedding, and we work with the best in each area! The number of guests often determines the cost of the wedding.

You don't have to be a citizen of Norway, to get married here. You can get married all year around, and we help you find the best location. We also help you with the paperwork.
We organize legally binding weddings all over Norway, and you can choose if you want to get married outdoors, in a registrar's office or in a church (or even a stave church). We also arrange same sex weddings. If you want to get married before you come to Norway, we can also arrange a symbolic ceremony for you.
We are lucky to be in high demand, so we recommend booking us early to ensure we are available on the date of your wedding. Ask us if we have availability today.

Things that can affect the price can be; the number of guests, the type of venue and what is to be done there, what part of Norway you want to hold your wedding, whether the wedding ceremony and party are located in the same place, whether we need a larger crew at work, if the event takes place over several days, etc. Other things that can also affect the price is whether you are having a winter or summer wedding, midweek or weekend, elopement wedding for 2 only etc.
We always agree on a fixed price, and we agree on this in advance. Tell us a bit more about you and your plans before we send you our offer. If you plan a midweek or low season wedding, we may be able to give you a discount.

We are lucky to be in high demand, so if you want to book us for your wedding - we advise you book a little early. We want to provide the best possible service to all our clients, which means we only take on a certain number weddings each year.
The time spent planning is important to you, but immaterial to us. You are paying for the use of our time; the time we spend in the office beforehand, meetings along the way and for setting aside one day where you are our employer. What is a wonderful and relaxing day for you, is for us a wonderful day working in the service of love.

GET MARRIED IN NORTHERN NORWAY
The Northern part of Norway, is famous for the rough nature and vast mountain areas. This is the area you should visit if you want to explore the northern lights or midnight sun , during your stay.
We suggest you visit the beatiful island of Lofoten, with it's dramatic scenery. Not matter if the sun is shining or the rain is pouring down. We promise you that you will be overwhelmed!
Further north you find Tromsø, also called Paris of the North. Sometimes you can experience snow until June, and you can be lucky enough to meet a reindeer when you travel outside the city. And on a hot summerr day, you can go swimming in the sea!

GET MARRIED BY THE FJORDS
Are you dreaming of a wedding by the Norwegian fjords, we have great places to suggest! You can for instance start your journey in Bergen, which is the perfect gateway to the fjords. You can go by car along small and narrow roads along the coast.
The Western coast is not a typical winter destination, because you may experience rain instead of snow. So if you want an outdoor experience, we suggest weddings from April until October in this part of the country. If you are ok with an indoor wedding, this location is beautiful all year around.
Some of the fjord lands, can also be reached by train! A true adventure! We know the small villages near the fjords, surrounded by mountains and waterfalls.

WINTER WONDERLAND WEDDINGS
Why do as "everyone else" and get married in the summer? Winter weddings are just magical, and we'll help you find the right venue that has the atmosphere you're looking for.
Maybe you want to hire a cabin in the mountains for a week with friends and family, or maybe you want to stay in an exclusive hotel. Let’s be a part of your plan, because we know the best places for a winter wedding.
The best time for a snowy wedding is from January to March in central parts of Norway. If you go to the Northern part of Norway, the winter season is longer.
But please remember: Snow is cold, so be dressed for the occasion. We help you through the winter wonderland jungle, and make sure you get the wedding of your dreams.

Get married in OSLO
Welcome to Oslo, the capital of Norway! You can stay centrally located in one of the downtown hotels in Oslo, but still experience the vast woodlands in the outskirts of the city, and one of Norway's many fjords; the Oslo fjord. This is city is our backyard and an area we know well!Bergen is the second biggest city in Norway, and surrounded by high mountains, it's one of the most popular cities for weddings in Norway. Bergen is also called the gateway to the fjords, due to it's perfect location.
Many of our bigger cities, are like smaller villages for some of you. Norway is a long country, and unless you plan a roundtrip by car over a period of time, you can reach many of the bigger cities all over Norway by plane.

We literary walk an extra mile for our clients, and would love to fulfill your dreams!Are you looking for the perfect backdrop, we will help you find what your are looking for. You can find mountain tops just 1-2 hours outside Oslo, or you can travel to other parts of the country for more dramatic sceneries.

VIKING WEDDING
Are you dreaming of a Viking wedding, we can help you with that! The ceremony takes place by the fjord, with an amazing scenery.
The Viking king will hold the symbolic ceremony, and you will have Vikings with drums as guards and traditional mead as a wedding toast. In addition to this, we can officiate a legal, civil wedding for you – before, during or after the Viking ceremony.
If you prefer, we can arrange rental of Viking costumes for the bride and groom.
We can arrange a wedding dinner for max. 200 persons in a big hall, or max. 25 persons in a smaller building.
For smaller weddings and elopements, we can arrange a wedding dinner in a small and private Viking house.
We can even hire in “real” Vikings as guests, for an authentic feel.

Then wedding consultation is a paid service, and can be booked on the link below. You pay NOK 2.500, and we can talk for 1 hour. We can talk about anything you want, like recommended places where you can get married in Norway, what papers you need to get married in Norway etc. You can of course upgrade to a full wedding planner package later on.

If you give us your budget, it makes it much easier for us to suggest a place suitable for you. When we start working on your wedding, we will send you links and we will negotiate prices on your behalf. it’s not our goal to top your budget, but to find what’s affordable for you.

Wedding consultation
If you need someone neutral to talk to, we are available for you. We set up a meeting, and at the agreed time we have a digital meeting. You can talk to us about whatever you want, and we act as your private wedding coach. No questions are weird or stupid.
Some people think that the mother-in-law interferes too much, or that the fiancé participates too little, and that the planning is fussy. We have worked with weddings since 2002, and we know everything you need to know about weddings in Norway. Arrange a video call or a meeting at our office, and talk to us about what you want for an hour and a half. Sometimes it can be a good idea to go through ideas, with a neutral party. We can help you get started on the paperwork, and we know what works and what doesn't in weddings.
Book an appointment in the calendar below, and start talking! We are all ears! After the meeting, we send you an invoice, and you can transfer the agreed amount to our account.
If you then choose to use us as a wedding planner for the entire event after this meeting, the sum paid will naturally be included in the total package.
